John 47. Ballard, being first duly sworn unon his oath, deposes
and says:
That he is more than fifty (50) years of age, a resident of
No. 711 South Ha11 Street, Princeton, Gibson County, Indiana, and his
occuoation is an Attorney.
That he is familiar caith the following described real estate
located in Gibson County, State of Indiana, towit:
A part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section
Thirty-six (36), Township three (3) south, Range eLeven (11) cuest, in
the Town of Haubstadt, Gibson County, Zndiana, more particularlydes-
cribed as follows: Begin at an iron in the south line of West Church
Street, at a point 926.2 feet south of the northeast corner of said
quarter-quarter section; <which point is 40 feet south of the point of
beginning of the tract of Land containing 7.46 acres conveyed to Bernard
Weber etux, by deed recorded in Deed Rec. 141 oage 534, Office of the
Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana;) and run thence west along the south
line of said street, (and along the line of the tract so conveyed, as
aforesaid) 125 feet to an iron; run thence south, para11e1 with said east
1ine, 100 feet to an iron at the northwest corner of a tract of land con-
taining 0.321 acres conveyed to Robert L. Greubel, by deed recorded in
Deed Rec. 158 page 8, Office of said Recorder; run thence east aLong the
north line of the tract conveyed to Robert L. Greubel, as aforesaid,
12� feet to an iron in the east line of said quarter-quarter section;
run thence north along said east line 100 feet to the place of 6eginning,
� containing 0.29 acres, more or less;
and that he knows of his own knowledge that said above described real
property was formerly owned 6y Ben Greubel and Ida Greubel, husband and
wife, as tenants by the entirety.
Affiant further states that-he knows of his own knowledge that
said Ben Greubel died on or about October 3, 1966, and that said
Ben Greubel and Ida Greubel, were husband and wife, at the time of
the death of said Ben Greubel.
Affiant further states that he knows of his own knowledge that
� the value of the estate of said Ben Greubel, at the time of his death,
within the meaning of the Federal Estate Tax 1aws, was less than Sixty
Thousand (560,000.00) Dollars, and that the estate of said decedent -
was not subject to any Federai Estate Tax.
