Greuhel, being first duLy sworn, uoon his oath, deooses and says: � That he is fifty five (55) years of age, a resident of Gibson County, State of Indiana, and his occuoation is a Farmer. That he is familiar with the follo�aing described real prooerty located in Gibson County, State of Indiana, towit: The east half of fractional Section 2, Township 4 South, Range 11 West, exceoting therefrom 40 acres off the east end thereof, containing 53.83 acres, more or 1ess. A1so the east haLf of the caest half of said fractional Section 2, containing 46.55 acres, more or tess. ALso the north half of the northcaest quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 7_1, Tocanship 4 South, Range 11 West, containing 20 acres. Being the same real estate desccibed in Deed Record No. 132 page 328, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana, and that he knows of his own knowledge that said above described reat aroperty was formerly ocane� by Matthew A. Greubel and Mary A. Greubel, husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety. Affiant further sta-tes that he knows of his own knowledge that the said Matthew A. Greubei died intestate on February 22, 1955, and that said Matthew A. Greubel and Mary A. Greubel, were hushand- and wife at the time of the death of the said Matthew A. Greuhel. Affiant further states that he knotas of his o�un knocoledge that the value of the estate of said Matthew A. Greubel at the time of his death, within the meaning of the Federal Estate Tax Laws, was less than Sixty Thousand (�60,000.00),Dollars and that the estate of said decedent was not subject to any Federal Estate Tax.
