VELMA C. GRUBB, being first duly sworn upnn oath, deposes
and says that HASSEILD. GRUBB departed this life on October 21, 1970, and
this affiant and the said HASSELL D. GRUBB were, as of the date of death,
the owners as tenants by the entirety of the following described real estate,
situate in the City of Princeton, Indiana, and assessed for taxation as follows:
