This is to nmtify you that Gary Grant — of Fort IVarth, TX , �
� has complied with the withdrawal provisions of the Indiana Forest �
Tax Classification Law for the following described lands
The NFi, �',, �; of Section 22, T2S, R9tiV, excepting therefrom a strip of ground 33 feet
in width, in the form of a parallelogram of the north side, containing after said ex-
ception 9.74 acres. The above described tract land is in Colinnbia Toi�nship, Gibson
� Count,v, Indiana.
Reason for ivithdra�aal: The 9.74 acre part of the 20.4 acre classified forest is
being sold, thereby violating Section S of the above act.
Qriginal application recorded Ma,v 24, 1960 in record �145, Page 32.
When property is withdrawn from forest classification, our office must
itmnediately notify the county recorder and the county auditor of the
county where the land is located. Upon withdrawal the owner of the land
previously classified sha11 make notation of the withdrawal in the records
in the office of the county recorder. ���
Kindly place the above described land back on the tas duplicate at its normal \
assessed valuation. Also, there is a tax due the county, either as unearned
increment or back taxes, in the amount of $20.67 per.acre
