AUDITOR�'
DEANNA GIBBS, being first duly sworn upon her oath, deposes
and says as follows:

1. Affiant is a resident of Gibson County, Indiana, of full
lawful age, under no legal disability and makes this Affidavit
for the purpose of aiding in a determination of title to the
following described real estate located in Gibson County,
Indiana, to-wit:
Part of the West half of the Northeast quarter of
Section Eleven (11), Township Three (3) South, Range
Nine (9) West, in Gibson County, Indiana, and more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at an iron on the North line four hundred
twenty-seven (427) feet West of an iron marking the
Northeast corner of said West half; thence South 24
degrees 19 minutes East one hundred forty-eight (148)
feet to a point (said point is referenced by an iron
four (4) feet to the East); thence East and parallel to
the North line of said West half three hundred
sixty-six (366) feet to an iron on the East line of
said west halF; thence South along said East line five
hundred twenty-five (525) feet to an iron; thence West
and parallel to the North line of said West half eight
hundred five and two tenths (805.2) feet to an iron on
the East right-of-way line of a rail road; thence North
24 degrees 27 minutes East along said right-of-way
seven hundred twenty-five (725) feet to an iron on the
North line of said West �alf; thence East along said
North line seventy-eight�and two tenths (78.2) feet to
an iron at the point of beginning.
2. The Affiant acquired titie to the above-described real
estate together with her husband, George A Gibbs, by warranty
Deed dated November 15, 1978, and'recorded November 21, 1978, in
Deed Drawer 3 Card 4834, in the office of the Recorder of Gibson
County, Indiana.
3. George A. Gibbs died intestate while a resident of
Gibson County, Indiana, on February 2, 1987 and was survived� by
his wife, this Affiant. This Affiant and George A. Gibbs
remained continuously married to each other from November 15,
1978 until the date of his death, at which time title to the
above described real estate vested solely in Deanna Gibbs as the
surviving tenant by the entireties.

Gibbs was of insufficient si2e to incur Federal Estate tax and no
unpaid Indiana Inheritance tax exists by reason of his death.
5. The Affiant, having, acquired title to the above
described real estate by Warranty Deed, together with hei
husband, George A. Gibbs, on or about November 15, 1978, and she
has held actual, visual, open, notorious, hostile and continuou:
possession of the above described real estate under blaim of
right for the period of time from November 15, 1978 to the
present, exclusive and adverse to all others a

6. The Affiant has exercised every act of domain and
ownership over said real estate since acquiring title to it and
her claim to title has never been questioned.
