Affian't further says tnat Affiant and Decedent were, at the time of his death, owners as tenants by the entirety of the following land in Gibson County, State of Indiana, to-wit: The North Half of Lot No. 2 in Warnock's Addition to the town (now city) of Princeton, Indiana, EXCEPT the following described real estate conveyed by Thomas W. Cullen to Nora Richeson, to-wit: A part of the east part of the North Half of_Lot No. 2 in Warnock's Addition to the City of Princeton and described as follows: Commenc-. ing at the northeast corner of said Lot No. 2 and running thence south 74 feet and 3 inches to the south line of said half lot; thence west 48 feet and 6 inches; thence north parallel with the east line of said lot 74 feet and 6 inches to the north line thereof; thence east to the place of beginning.
