AFFIDAVIT FOR TRANSFER OF
REAL ESTATE FOR TAXATION

Golda Beatrice Green, being first duly sworn upon oath deposes
and says that she is the surviving widow of Admiral Dewey Green,
who died August 8, 1990, a resident of Gibson County, Indiana.
Affian't further says tnat Affiant and Decedent were, at the time of
his death, owners as tenants by the entirety of the following land
in Gibson County, State of Indiana, to-wit:
The North Half of Lot No. 2 in Warnock's Addition to the
town (now city) of Princeton, Indiana, EXCEPT the
following described real estate conveyed by Thomas W.
Cullen to Nora Richeson, to-wit: A part of the east part
of the North Half of_Lot No. 2 in Warnock's Addition to
the City of Princeton and described as follows: Commenc-.
ing at the northeast corner of said Lot No. 2 and running
thence south 74 feet and 3 inches to the south line of
said half lot; thence west 48 feet and 6 inches; thence
north parallel with the east line of said lot 74 feet and
6 inches to the north line thereof; thence east to the
place of beginning. ALSO EXCEPT coal lying under said
real estate previously conveyed to the Princeton Mining
Company.
and Affianc makes this affidavit for tne purpose of causing said
real estate to be transferred to her own name solely as surviving
owner and directs that all tax billings be mailed to her at the
following address;
