I, Harry Gooch, being of sound and disposing mind and
memory, and not acting under duress or under the influence of
any person whomsoever, a resident of Gibson County, State of
Indiana, residing therein at R. R. #3, Princeton, do make,
publish and declare this to be my Last Will and do revoke all
other wills or codicils that I may have made.
ARTICLE I
I direct that my enforceable debts, expenses of my last
illness, funeral and administration expenses of my estate shall
be paid by my Personal Representative, hereinafter named, from
my estate.
ARTICLE II
Z direct that all death, inheritance and estate taxes shall
be paid out of and be charged against my estate without reim-
bursement from any person.
ARTICLE III
I give, devise and bequeath to my wife, Mildred May Gooch,
all of my estate and property, whether real, personal or mixed,
wherever situated, which I may own or be entitled to at the time
of my death.
ARTICLE IV
If, however, my wife should predecease me or if we should
die as a result of a common disaster, then and in such event, I
qive, devise and bequeath all of my estate and property to my
five children, namely: Harry Gooch, Jr., Virginia Lee Washington,
Zelda Zita Burrell, Robert L. Gooch, and Percy L. Gooch, in
equal shares, per stirpes.

2. That in the presence of both witnesses, he signed
his signature;
3. That he executed the Will as his free and voluntary
act for the purposes expressed in it;
4. That each of the witnesses, in the presence of the
testator, and in the presence of each other, have signed the
Will as witnesses;
5. That the testator was of sound mind; and _
6. That to the best of their knowledge, the testator was
at the time 16 or more years of age. �

ARTICLE V
I hereby nominate and appoint my wife, Mildred May Gooch,
as Personal Representative of this my Last Will. In the event
of her prior death, inability or refusal to serve as my Personal
Representative, I nominate and appoint my daughter, Zelda Z.
Burrell and my son, Percy L. Gooch, as Contingent Co-Personal
Representatives of this my Last Will. I direct that my Personal
Representative and Contingent Co-Personal Representatives, if
necessary, be permitted to serve in such capacity without bond.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this Z Z

The foregoing instrument, consisting of two (2) typewritten
pages, was on the date above written, signed, published and
declared by Harry Gooch to be his Last Will, in the presence of
us who at his request and in his presence, and in the presence
of each other, have signed our names as attesting'witnesses.

Stilwell, and Melanie A. Smith, the testator and the witnesses,
respectively, whose names are signed to the foregoing instrument,
declare:
