Comes now Wanda B. Gardner, beinq duly aworn upon her oath and
etates as follows:
That ehe ie the owner in fee eimple of the following described
real eatate located in Gibson County, Indiana, more particularly
described se followa:
TRACT I- Fifty (50) feet off of the south side of Lot Number
fifteen (15) in .Warrick's First Addition to the Town. of
Oweneville, Gibeon County, Indiana.
That the affiant and the decedent were married at the time
they acquired title, as tenants by the entireties, .to said
_ real estate, by deed of conveyance dated the 26th day of June,
1952, and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Gibson
County, Indiana.
TRACT II - Beginninq Fifty (50) feet north of the southeaet
corner of Lot 15 in Warrick's First Addition to the town of
Owenaville, Indiana, thence run north 9 feet; thence weat to
the weat line of Lot q15 in Warrick's First Addition to the
town of Owensville, Zndiana; thence south 9 feet; thence east
to the place of beginning.
That the affiant and the decedent were married at the time
they acquired title, as tenante by the entireties, to said
real eatate, by deed of conveyance dated tha 23rd day of
October, 1953, and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of
Gibeon County, Indiana.
TRACT III - A part of the southeast quarter of the southeast
quarter of Section 1, townehip 3 eouth, ranqe 12 west, bounded
as follows: Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot AS in
Warrick's First Addition to the Town of Owensville, Zndiana
and running thence east to the northeast corner of said Lot
number 5; thence north to the northwest corner of Lot 15 in
said enlarqement; thence west 168� feet; thence south to the
place of beginning.
That the affiant and the decedent were married at the time
they acquired title, as tenanta by the entiretiea, to said
real estate, by deed of conveyance dated the 25th day of
October, 1958, and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of
Gibson County, Indiana.
That the marital relationship which existed between the
affiant and Charles M. Gardner, her husband, continued unbroken
from the time they so acquired title to said real estate until the
death of Charles H. Gardner, her huaband, on the 6th day of June,
1995, at which time thia affiant acquired title to the real estate
as surviving tenant by the entiretiea. That the gross value of the
estate of the decedent, Charles M. Gardner, did not require the
filing of a Federal Estate Tax.
