That the marital relationship which existed between the affiant and Charles M. Gardner, her husband, continued unbroken from the time they so acquired title to said real estate until the death of Charles H. Gardner, her huaband, on the 6th day of June, 1995, at which time thia affiant acquired title to the real estate as surviving tenant by the entiretiea.
