Comes now Claude R. Gaiser, owner of certain real estate in Oakland City,
Gibson County, Indiana, and makes this Verified Petition for Disannexation from
Oakland City, Indiana, a municipal corporation, ("Petition") to the Works Board of
Oakland City, Indiana. This Petition is made pursuant to indiana Code § 36-4-3-17.
In support of this Petition, Claude R. Gaiser states:
1. Claude R. Gaiser is the ownerof certain real pr�perty ("Real Estate") in
Oakland City, Gibson County, Indiana, more particularly described in Exhibit "A",
attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein.
2. The Real Estate is a contiguous parcel that is not platted and is in excess
of one (1) acre in total area.
3. The Real Estate is within the corporate boundaries of the municipality of
Oakland City, Gibson County, Indiana.
4. The Real Estate forms a part of the corporate boundaries of the
municipality of Oakland City, Gibson County, Indiana.

upon the Verified Petition for Disannexation filed by Claude R. Gaiser. filed pursuant to
Indiana Code §36-4-3-17, and the Board having considered the Verified Petition for
Disannexation and public hearing thereon, and being duly advises in the premises,
finds as follows:

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED. ADJUDGED AND DECREED that not later than ten
(10) days after the date of this Order, the clerk of the municipality of Oakland City make
and certify a compiete transcript of the disannexation proceedings to the Auditor of
Gibson County and the office oi the Indiana Secretary of State. The Clerk of the
municipality of Oakland City, Indiana, shall fite this Order with the Auditor of Gibson
County and the Clerk of the Gibson County Circuit Court.
