PENDENCY OF ACI'ION: That tlus Petieion has been filed and has been pcnding in this Court for more than sixty (60) days and was properly initiated by service of summons on Respondent (Cross-PeUtioner) under Trial Rule 4. RI3SIDENCY: T1iat thc Husband currcndy residcs in Gibson County, Statc of Indiana, and had so resided for more than six months prior to the Ciling of this action for Dissolution of Marriagc.
