contcsted hearing on the Petition for Dissolution, and lhe parties having recited their stipulation and
agrcemcnt, and given evidcncc about the dissoluUon of marriage, the Court now finds thc following:
PARTIES: The Petitioner, Susan Gicsclman, is represented by hcr attomey, L. Matthew
Nixon, and thc Rcsponden[, is representcd by his Attorney, Robin R. Craig.
PENDENCY OF ACI'ION: That tlus Petieion has been filed and has been pcnding in this
Court for more than sixty (60) days and was properly initiated by service of summons on Respondent
(Cross-PeUtioner) under Trial Rule 4.
RI3SIDENCY: T1iat thc Husband currcndy residcs in Gibson County, Statc of Indiana, and
had so resided for more than six months prior to the Ciling of this action for Dissolution of Marriagc.
JURISDICITON: That the recita[ions as [o the Parties, Pendency of Action and Residency, as
staled abovc, are tiue and thc Court has jurisdiction of this matter.
PREGNANCY: That the Wife is not prcgnant.
REOLJFST FOR RELIEF: That an irretrievable breakdown has occurred in the hcrcin
marriage and said marriage should be dissolved.

1.1 The Husband shall be the owner of the real estate located at R. R. #3, Box 78E, in
�Oakland City, County of Gibson, Sta[c of Indiana, frce and cicaz of any claim b=
Wife. The Husband shall bc responsible for all dcbls avd cxpenses Por said re�il
estate, induding thc moit�agc, t:ixcs and insur:mcc, and sh:ill hold thc wite ham�less
therefrom. The Husband shall apply to rcfinancc thc real es[ate in a manner which
removes thc Wife's liability on the existing morlgage, at thc carliest possible date
withou[ incurring any prc-payment pcnalty, and thc Wife shall execute a Quit Claim
Deed to said real cstatc on or before the datc and time of closin�.
2. PERSONAL PROPERTY
2.1 The Wifc shall bc d�c owncr of the truck, tl�c curio cabinct and big scrcen television,
tds, furnitures, coca-cola collection, washer and drycr, and all items of personal
property cmTently in her possession not otherwise referenced herein. The Wife shall
be the owner of any back pay which may be awarded to her on her claim for social
security disability benefits, frce and clear of any claim by the Husband.
2.2 The Husband shall be the owner of the van, motorcycle, computer, tractor, music
equipment and all items of personal property currcnUy in his possession not
spccifically referenced herein.

3. INDEBT'LDNESS
3.1 That the I Iusband shall be responsibie Cor all his credit cards and debts in his name
solcly and any debts previously incurred on behalf of the minor child. The Husband
shall pay thc sum of �30.00 per wcck, bcginning Novcmber 14, 2007 and continuing
