1: The above-named decedent died intestate on the 23rd day of December, 2006,
while domiciled in Gibson County, Indiana, being eighty-five (85) years of age.
2. I was personally well acquainted with Bessie P. Gentry, the decedent, family and
near relatives of the decedent, during the decedenYs lifetime, the affiant having known the
decedent, Bessie P. Gentry for all of her life.
3. The decedent was a widow at the time of her death.
4. The decedent did not leave a will.
5. There was no administration on the estate of the decedent.
6. No petition for the appointment of a personal representative of said decedent is
pending in any Court.
7. There are no children of any deceased son or daughter of the decedent.
8. No child or children were adopted by the decedent and the decedent did not
have any stepchildren.
9. The foliowing named persons are the only surviving heirs of the decedent:

10. The value of the decedenYs gross probate estate, less liens and encumbrances,
does not exceed the sum of the allowance provided by I.C. 29-1-4-1, the costs and
expenses of administration and reasonable funeral expenses.
11. Among the decedenYs probate assets is a parcel of real estate in which the
decedent owned an interest
described as follows:
located in Gibson County, Indiana, more particularly

A part of Lot No. Two (2) in Archer's Enlargement to the Town (now City) of
Princeton, and bounded as follows: Beginning at the northeast corner of said
lot and running thence west 45 feet, 6 inches, more or less; thence south
parallel with the east line thereof 105 feet more or less to the north line of a
tract or part of said lot heretofore owned by Thomas H. Riggs; thence east
parallel with the south line thereof to the east line of said lot; thence north to
the place of beginning.
Commonly known as 529 E. State St., Princeton, IN 47670
SUBJECT TO ali legal highways, rights-of-way, restrictions, conditions, covenants,
leases, easements and limitations of record, and also to applicable zoning laws if any.
12. There are no creditors for the estate.
13. Suzette M. Douglas, Sandra Miles-Williams, Roberta L. Williford and William D.
Gentry, are entitled to the real estate as the sole surviving heirs of Bessie P. Gentry.
14. The gross value of the estate of the decedent, Bessie P. Gentry, as determined
for the purposes of Federal Estate taxes, was less than the value required for the filing of
a Federai Estate Tax Return. As a consequence thereof, the decedenYs estate was not
subject to Federal Estate Tax.
15. The decedenYs estate was not subject to Indiana Inheritance Tax.
