Affiant Gary Goldman, being of la���ful age, and first being duly s«�orn, states as follo���s:
1. Affiant was well acquainted with cracia R. Goldman, N�hose name appears in
connection with the title to a certain tract of land located in Gibson County, Indiana, described
as follo���s:
Part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 19,
Township 2 South, Range 10 West, more particularly described as
follows:
The place of beginning may be found at an iron located 226.4 feet East
and 125 feet South of the Northwest corner of said quarter quarter
section; from said place of beginning run thence South and parallel to
the West line of said quarter quarter section 125 feet to an iron;
thence West and parallel to the North line thereof 174.20 feet to an
iron in the East right-of-way line of U.S. Highway 41; thence North
and along said right-of-way line 125 feet to an iron; thence East
174.20 feet to the point of beginning.
EXCEPT all the coal, fire clay, shale, rock and other solid minerals
in and under the surface thereof of the above described real estate.
Property most commonly known as: RR 1 265 South Main Street
Princeton, Indiana
Being the same property conveyed t0 Gary Goldman and Gracia R. Goldman,
husband and wife from Robert E. Satterfield and Bonnie F. Satterfield,
husband and wife conveyed property by deed recorded May 2, 2001.
Gracia R. Goldman predeceased Gary Goldman and by virtue of the survivorship clause
contained in said deed title vested in the survi��or, cary �oldman.
