Helen F. Grigsby ("Affiant"), being first dul}• s��•orn upon her oath, says as follows:
1. She is an adult and resides in Posey County, Indiana.
2. Her husband, John D. Grigsb}', died testate on the 23rd day of October, 2002, and that

West of the Second Priocipal Meridian, bounded as
follows: Begin at the Southeast corner of said half
quarter sectiou aud run thence west along the south line
of said half quarter section 2034.7 feet; thence north
parallel to and 610.6 feet east of the ���est line of said half
quarter section 1311.9 feet to the north line thereof;
thence east along the north line 2010.2 feet to the
oortheast corner thereof; thence south aloog the east line
