Ballard, being first duly sworn, uoon his oath, deposes and says: That he is more than forty (40) years of age, a resident of Gibson County, State of Indiana, and his occuoation is an Attorney. That he is familiar with the following described real nroperty located in Gibson County, State of Indiana, towit: A part of the south half of the southcaest quarter of section thirty one C31), township three (3) south, range ten (10) west, bounded as follows: Beginning at a ooint in the coest line of Second Avenue in the Town of Haubstadt, one hundred twenty- five (125) feet north of a stone at the northwest corner of Haub Street and Second Avenue running thence north fifty four and one-half (54z) feet; thence west 202 feet more or less to First Avenue; thence south along said First Avenue to a point due west of the place of beginning; thence East 197 feet more or less to the place of beginning. Being the same real estate described in Deed Record No. 113 oage 49, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana; and that he knows of his own knowledge that said above described real property cuas formerly owned by Joseph Halbig and Olivia K. Halbig, husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety. Affiant further states that he knows of his own knowledge that the said Joseoh Halbig, died on or about the 25th day of April, 1966, and that the said Joseph Halbig and OLivia K. Halbig were husband-and wife at the time of the death of the said Joseph Halbig. Affiant further states that he knocas of his own knowledge that the value of the estate of said Joseph Halbig at the time of his death, within the meaning of'the Federal Estate Tax lacos, was Less than Sixty Thousand (�60,000.00) Dollars, and that the estate of said decedent was not subject to any Federal Estate Tax.
