AFFIDAVIT IN SUPPORT OF TITLE
PAULINE BRINER, being first duly sworn upon her
oath, deposes and says:
l. That she has lived for many years last past
in the neighborhood of the ANNA C. HALEY''home which is lo-
cated at 312 East Walnut Street in the City of Princeton,
' Indiana, and that she was acquainted with the said ANNA C.
HALEY personally, and with her children.
2. That she knows of her own personal knowledge
that ANNA C. HALEY died intestate in May 1948, leaving sur-
viving her five (5) children, to-wit: CLIFFORD E. HALEY,
GEORGE HALEY, ALVIN T. HALEY, STELLA HALEY FETTINGER, and
HAZEL HALEY BURTON; that she is informed and verily believes
that.there was no administration upon the Estate of ANNA C.
HALEY, but that all of her debts were paid and discharged,
including all inheritance taxes, and that the Esta�e of
ANNA C. HALEY was less than $60,000.00, and by reason thereof
no federal estate tax was due. .. �
3. That she is informed and verily believes that
CLIFFORD E. HALEY died in June 1954, in Greensboro, North �
Carolina, leaving surviving him his wife, MARGARET, who is
now MARGARET W. DUSENBURY, and who lives in Ylhitsett, North
Carolina, and two (2) sons, MICHAEL W. HALEY, who lives in
Greensboro, North Carolina, and CLIFFORD E. HALEY, JR., who
lives in Winston Salem, North Carolina; tha� she is informed
and verily believes that CLIFFORb E. Hl1LEY died intestate
leaving as his sole and only heirs the persons immediately -�
heretofore named; that she does not know whether or not the
Estate of CLIFFORD E. HALEY was administered upon in North �
Carolina, but she is informed and verily believes that all
o£ the debts of CLIFFORD E. HALEY were fully paid and dis-
charged, including al.l inheritance taxes, and that the Estate

of CLIFFORD E. HALEY was less than �60,000.00, and that no
federal estate was therefore due thereon.
4. That GEORGE HALEY died intestate in December
1959, leaving survi�ing him as his sole and only heir-at-law
his widow, ANNA HALEY, who now resides at Princeton, Indiana;
that she does not know whether the Estate of GEORGE HALEY was
administered upon, but that she is informed and verily be-
lieves that all of the debts of the said GEORGE HALEY were
fully paid and discharged, and that all inheritance taxes
ivere paid, and that the Estate of GEORGE HALEY was less than
�60,000.00, and hence no federal estate taxes were therefore
due thereon.
5• That ALVIN T. HALEY died intestate in July
196%, in Greensboro, North.Carolina, leaving surviving him
as his sole and only heirs-at-law his widow, CLARENCE HALEY,
and his son, DANIEL W. HALEY; that she does not know whether
the Estate of ALVIN T. HALEY was administered upon, but she
is informed and verily believes that all of the debts of
the said ALVIN T. HALEY were fully paid and discharged, in-
cluding inheritance taxes, and that the Estate of ALVIN T.
HALEY was less than �v60,000.00, and by reason thereof no
federal estate tax was due thereon.
6. That STELLA HALEY FETTINGER died intestate in
July 1973, leaving surviving her as her sole and only heirs-
at-law her sister, HAZEL HALEY BURTON, and her nephews,
I�ICHAEL W. HALEY, CLIFFORD E. HALEY, JR., and DANIEL W. HALEY;
and that she is informed and verily believes that no admini-
stration was had upon tfie Estate of STELLA HALEY FETTINGER,
but that all of the debts of STELLA HALEY FETTINGER were
paid and discharged,_and that said estate was less,than
$60,000.00.in value, and by reason thereof no federal estate
tax was due thereon.
7. That she is informed and verily believes that
no transfer of title o£ the real estate situate at 312 East
Walnut Street, Princeton, Indiana, and more fully described

as the east half of Lot 100 in the Original Plan of the City
o£ Princeton,_Indiana, has not been transferred since the
death of ANNA C. HALEY in 1948, and that this affidavit is
made £or the purpose of showing the succession of the title
to said real estate, and the present owners thereof. This
affidavit is further made for the purpose o£ inducing the
Auditor of Gibson County, Indiana, to transfer title to said
real estate on his books and records to HAZEL HALEY BURTON,
Mt�RGARET YJ. DUSENBURY, MICHAEL W. HALEY, CLIFFORD E. fiALEY,
JR, ANNA HAliEY, CLARENCE HALEY, and DANIEL W. HALEY, the
owners thereof as of April 21, 1974.
