AFFIDAVIT AS TO TENANCY BY ENTIRETY AUDITOR G, C,
Sarah P. Harrell, being first duly sworn upon her oath,
deposes and says:
That she is more than Thirty C30) years of age, a

resident of Princeton, Gibson County, State of Indiana, and
her occupation is that of a Housewife. . ',
That she is familiar with the following described real
property located in Gibson County, State of Indiana, towit:
Lot No. 137 in the Southside Addition
to�the City of Princeton, Indiana;
and that she knows of her own knowledge that said above described
real prooerty was formerly owned by Walter D. Harrell and Sarah P.
Harrell, husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety.
Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge
that said Walter D. Harrell died intestate, on or about June 21,
1966, and that said WaLter D. Harrell and Sarah P. Harrell were
husband and wife, at the time of the death of the said �7alter D.
Harrell.
Affiant further states that she knows of her own know-
Ledge that the value of the estate of the said Walter D. Harrell,
at the time of his death, within the meaning of the Federal
Estate Tax laws, was less than Sixty Thousand ($60,000.00) Dollars,
and that the estate of said decedent was not subject to any
Federal Estate Tax.
Further this affiant sayeth not.
