AFFIDAVIT FOR TRANSFER OF REAL
ESTATE UPON THE TAX DUPLICATE
STATE OF INDIANA
COUNTY OF GIBSON, SS:
JAMES HARRINGTON, being first duly sworn upon oath,
deposes and says that Theresa Harrington departed this life, a resi-
dent of Gibson County, in the State of Indiana on March 17th. , 1956,
leaving her surviving her husband, James Harrington, this affiant;
that as of the date of the death of the said Theresa Harrington, James
Harrington and Theresa Harrington, as tenants by the entirety, were
the owners of Lots No. 124 and 125 in Businessmen's Addition to the
City of Princeton, and that title to said Lots passed to this affiant
as the surviving tenant by the entirety; and this affiant makes this
affidavit for the purpose of inducing the Auditor of Gibson County,
Indiana, to transfer the above described real estate to James
Harrington for ta�c purposes. '
