HARRISON, being first duly sworn upon oath, de- poses and says that she is the widow of AMOS N. HARRISON, who died on March 5, 1975; further, that this affiant and AMOS N. HARRISON were the owners as tenants by the entirety of the following-described real.es.tate situate in Gi�son•G�ounty, State of Indiana, to-wit: : A part of the northeast quarter of the southeast. ,�quarter of Section 7, Township 2 south, Range 10 �oest, described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at an iron which iron is 626.5 feet north and 200 feet east of the intersection of Monroe Street and Stormont Avenue in the �City of Princeton, Indiana; running thence north, 100 feet Eo an iron; thence east, 170 feet to an iron; thence south, 100 feet to an iron; thence west, 171.7 feet to an iron ^ and being the place of beginning. An easement of 13 feet in width over and across the west and of the above-described real estate is reserved for the construction and maintenance of public utilities, and containing 0.37 acre, more or less. ALSO, Lot Number 13 in the amended plat of Mack Curtis , Subdivision, being a part of the north half of_the southwest quarter of Section 32, Township 3 south, Range 10 west, according to the plat recorded Apri1 1, 1953, in P1at Re- � , cord 1, at page 258 in the office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana.
