AFFIDliVIT AS TO TENANCY BY ENTIRETY
Theodore Haase, being first duly sworn, upon his oath,
deposes and says:
That he is more than fifty (50) years of age, a resident
of R.R. #1, Owensville, Indiana, and his occupation is`Machine
Operator.
That he is familiar with the following descrihed real estate
_ located in Montgomery Toi.mship, Gibson County, State of Indiana,
to-wit:
TRACT No. (1)
Part of the north half of the southeast quarter of section thirty
four, township one (1) south, range twelve (12) west and descrihed
as follocas:
Begin at a stone at the northwest corner of said half quarter
section and run thence east along the north line thereof three
hundred fifty three (353) feet to the west right-of-way Line of
State Road Number 64; thence south fifty five (55) degrees along
said right-of=way line twenty three hundred thirteen C2313) feet
to the point of intersection of said right-of-way line with the
south Line of said half quarter section; thence �aest along the
south iine of said half quarter section; twenty two hnndred sixty
two (2262) feet to the southwest corner thereof; thence north
thirteen hundred forty six (1346) feet to the place of heginning,
and containing forty and forty hundredths <40.40) acres, more or
1ess; and all lying in Montgomery township, County of Gibson,
State of Indiana. Being the sa:ne real estate described in Deed
Record No. 107 page 338, Office of the Recorder of Gihson County,
Indiana.

The North half of the following described real estate, to-wit:
The east half of the southwest quarter of Section 34, townshio
1 south, range 12 west; ALSO a strip of'ground 3 chains and 25
Links wide off of the east side of the west half of the northwest
quarter of Section 3, township 2 south, range 12 west; and aLso
a strip of ground 3 chains and 25 links wide off of the east side
of the northwest quarter of the northwest.quarter of said section
3, containing in the whole 140 acres, more or less, and containing
in said north half 70.53 acres, more or 1ess. Known as the Stanley
Berry Iand in Montgomery Township. Being the same real_estate �_
described in Deed Record No. 105 page 364, Office of the Recorder
of Gibson County, Indiana.

The east half of the northeast quarter of section thirty-three
(33), township one (1) south, range twelve (12) west, except
i� therefrom a tract of three (3) acres in the northwest corner,
bounded and'described as follows: Beginning at the northwest
corner of said half quarter section; thence south eight (8) rods
and twelve (12) links; thence east fifty-six C56) rods and twenty
(20) links; thence north eight (8) rods and tweLve C12) links;

ALSO, a11 that part of the west half of said northeast quarter
of said section thirty-three (33), which Lies east of the center
line of what is locally called and known � Mauck Pond, containing
three and fifty hundredths (3.50) acres, more or 1ess;
ALSO, the west half of the northwest quarter of section thirty-four
(34), township one (1) south, range twelve C12) west.
Except always, all that part of the east half of the northeast
quarter of,said section thirty-three (33) which lies west of the
center line of what is Locally'knowri as Mauck Pond,-containing one �-•-
and one-third (1 1/3) acres, more or 1ess, and containing in all
exclusive of said exception one hundred fifty-nine and sixteen

It is agreed.:and':understood by the parties hereto that this conveyance
is made hy ttie grantor and accepted by the grantees subject to the
rights'of 'The,Superior Oil Company in a certain oil and gas Lease
on said. lands"dated November 22nd, 1938, and recorded in Miscellaneous
Record'#37 at:page 365 of the office of the Recorder of Gibson County,
Indiana. It is further agreed and understood by the parties hereto ,
that the said grantor herein shall receive one-half of a11 the land-
owner's..interest in any oil and gas derived from said'lands under
said lease.or any subsequent leases th ereon during the life time of-
the said Daisy C. Farris and upon the death of the said Daisy C.
Farris the title to all the oi1 and gas under said lands sha11 vest
in the said grantees herein. Being the same real estate described
in Deed Record No. 120 oage 510, Office of the Recorder of Gihson
County, Indiana;
and that he knows of his own knowledge that said above descrihed
� real property coas formerly�owned by Theodore t°Iaase (this affiant) -"�`-'• '
and Therisa Haase, husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety.
Affiant further states that he knows of his own knowledge
that said Therisa Haase died, intestate, on or about the 18th day
� of August, 1963, and that said Theodore Haase and Therisa Haase
were husband and wife at the time-of the death of the said Therisa
Haase.
Affiant further states that he knocos of his ocan knowledge
that the value of the estate of said Therisa Haase at the time
of her death, within the meaning of the Federal Estate Tax Laws,
was less than Sixty Thousand ($60,000.00) Dollars, and that the
estate of said decedent was not subject to any Federal Estate Tax.
Affiant further sayeth not.
