AFFIDAVIT OF DEATfi AND HEIRSHIP �����
The undersigned, Evelyn D. Hasselbrinck, R.R.#1,
Princeton, Indiana 47670 being first duly sworn on oath deposes
and says:
(1) That she is the surviving widow of Fred w, Hasselbrinck,
who died intestate a resident of Gibson County, Indiana on February 11,
1975 the owner of an undivided one-half (1/2) part in value of the
following described real estate situate in Union Township, Gibson
County, State of Indiana, towit:
A part of the northwest quarter of section 3, township 3 south, range
10 west, and bounded as follows, towit: Beginning at the northeast
corner of the northwest quarter of said section, and running thence
west along the north line thereof 50 rods; thence south parallel
with the east line of said quarter section to the south line thereof;
thence east along the south line thereof 50 rods to the southeast
corner thereof; thence north along the east line thereof to the place
of beginning, and containing 50 acres, except 2.138 Acres in the NW
Corner of this tract that was transferred to David T. and Norma Jean
Hasselbrinck, October 7, 1972 leaving a total of 47.862 Acres more
or less.
(2) •That the said Fred W. Hasselbrinck left as his sole
and only heirs-at-law the following:
Evelyn D. Hasselbrinck

David F. Hasselbrinck
Mavis Kruse
Phyllis Patterson
Widow
Adult daughter
Adult son
Adult daughter
Adult daughter
that said heirs at law as above designated inherit title to said
real estate in the proportions fixed by statute,
(3) That the Inheritance Tax liability of the estate
of Fred W. Hasselbrinck, deceased, was determined by the Gibson
Circuit Court at Princeton, Indiana in Estate Dkt. PR 75 - 78 and
an Indiana Inheritance Tax paid in the net of One Hundred Seventy
Dollars and Ninety-six Cents ($170.96); and, any and all Federal
Estate Tax liability (Form No. 706) on the estate of Fred w.
Hasselbrinck, deceased, was determined and said estate found not
liable for a Federal Estate Tax; and, that on July 30, 1975 the
"ACCeptance of,Estate Tax Return" cvas reeeived from the Internal
Revenue Service office at Indianapolis, Indiana.

That this affidavit is made for the sole purpose of
establishing the record ownership (currently) and legal title
to the 47,258 acres of real estate hereinabove described; and,
for the further purpose of obtaining the necessary transfer of
said real estate in the Office of the Auditor of Gibson County,
Princeton. Indiana so that all parties interested and/or effected
may be advised as of this date as to the current legal ownership
of decedent's original one-half (1/2) part in value of the real
estate described under the laws of descent of the State of Indiana
and for no other purpose.
