Affiant further states that she knows of her own know- ledge that the value of the estate of said Maude B. Hayes, at the time of her death, coithin the meaning of the Federai Estate Tax laws, was less than Sixty Thousand ($60,000.00) DoLlars, and that the estate of said decedent was not subject to any Federal Estate Tax.
