-., 1. That she �and .her late husb'and' Shelby Helm, A/K/A Shelby
Junior Helm, Shelby J. Helm, were the owners as tenants by the entirities
of the fol�lowing described real estate situate in Gibson County, State
of Indiana,�to-wit:
TRACT 1
The northeast quarter of the southwest quarter of the
southwest quarter of section 11, township 2 south, range
l0 west, containinq 10 acres, more or less.
TRACT 2
The northwest quarter of the southwest quarter; also the
southwest quarter of the northwest quarter all in Section
No. 11, in Township No. 2 south, Range No. 10 west, in
same being the same description as shown in Deed Record
Book 45, Page 495.
TRACT 3
A part of the northeast quarter of Section 11, township
2 south, range 10 west, bounded as follows, to-wit: Begin
on the north line of said quarter section at a.point 62
rods west of the northeast corner thereof; run thence west
75 rods and 16 link;s thence south 121 rods and 20 links;
thence east 75 rods and 16 links; and thence north 121 rods
and 12 links to the beginning, containing 61.29 acres,
excepting the following described real estate heretofore
conveyed to Harold Couts and June Couts, to-wit:
Part of the northeast quarter of section eleven (11),
Township two (2) south, Rage ten (10) west in Center
Township, Gibson County, Indiana, and more particularly
described as follows: The place of beginning may be found
at a point in the north line of said quarter section, twenty-
two hundred seventy-one and six hundredths (2271.06) feet
west of the northeast quarter thereof; thence south six
hundred eighty-seven and seventy-nine hundredths (687.79),
feet to a pump rod joint; thence east and parallel to the
north line of.said.quarter section-three hundred eighty
and no hundredths (380.00) feet to a pump rod joint; thence
north six hundred sixty and fifty hundredths (660.50) feet
to a 5/8 inch iron; thence continuing north twenty-seven and
twenty-nine hundredhts (27.29) feet to the north line of said
quarter section; thence west and along said north line, three
hundred eighty and no hundredhts (380.00) feet to the place
of beginning and containing 6.0000 acres. Subject to the
south half of a county road right-of-way along the north

Part of the northeast quarter of the northwest quarter

one-half (1/2) reinforcing rod located on the east line

hundredths (236.10) feet south of the northeast corner of

2. That the said Shelby He1m, A/K/A Shelby Junior Helm and
Shelby J. Helm,.departed this life on the 23rd day of May,-1975, leaving
your Affiant herein as the surviving tenant and that title to said
hereinabove described real�estate passed to this Affiant by operation
of law. �
3. That Affiant makes this Affidavit for purposes of correeting
and changing the tax records in the Office of the Auditor of Gibson
County, Indiana to reflect�that the Affiant herein is now the sole
owner thereof.
