CY COUNTY OF GIBSON ' � (� PJQ;���. . .� - AFFIDAVZT AS TO TENAN � ENTIRETY William Hensley, Jr. being first duly sworn upon his oath - deposes and says: That he is more than Twenty (20) years of age; a resident of Warrick County and employed at Alcoa, Newburg, Indiana. That he is familiar with the following described real estate located in Gibson County, Indiana, towit: Lots No. 319 and 320, in the Walters Addition to the Town of Fort Branch, Zndiana. Being part of the sarae real estate described in Deed Record No. 162 Page 204, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana; ALSO, Part of the northwest quarter of the northwest quarter of Section 5, Township 3 south, Range 9 West, and bounded as follows: Beginning at a stone at the northwest corner of said quarter quarter section and run thence south 625 feet to a post; thence east 846.2 feet to the center of the Buckskin Road; thence north 10 degrees 40 minutes west along the center of said Road; 631.8 feet to the north line of said quarter quarter section; thence west 728 feet to the place of beginning and containing 11.30 acres, more or less; Being the same real.estate described in Deed_Record # 156 Page 388, ._ Office of'the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana; and that he knows of his own knowledge that said above described real property was formerly owned by William Aensley and Mina Hensley, husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety. Affiant further states that he knows of his own knowledge that the said william Hensley died on or about the 26th day of August, 1969, and that said william Hensley and Mina Hensley, were husband and wife, at the time of the death of the said William Hensley. Affiant further states that he knows of his own knowledge that the va2ue of the estate of the said William Hensley at the time of his death, within the meaning of the. Federal Estate Tax laws, was less than __ Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00), and that the estate of said decedent was not subject to any Federal Estate Tax: Further this affiant sayeth not.
