HIGHSMITH, being first duly sworn upon his oath deposes and says: That he is the owner of the following described real- estate situated in Gibson County in the State of Indiana, to-wit: A part of the East half (2) of the Southeast quarter ('—�) of Section Four (!}) in 'i'ownship Three (3) South Range Twelve (12) West, and bounded as follows: Beginning ai•an iron pin which said irbn pin is 18 feet north of the Northwest corner of Lot 2l} in the"First Addition to the Town of Johnson, Indiana; and from said point of beginning rur_ North 290.I{ feet; thence East parallel with the Owensville and Crawleyville Public :iighway as now located and improved 75 feet; thence run South 290.I} I feet; thence West�to the beginning, containing one half (2) acre. That he has owned said real estate since'1920 at which time he purchased said real estate from one David Higginbotham and , NSinnie Higginbotham, husband and wife, and that the same Was conveyed by them to Harry J. fiighsmith and Fannie E. Highsmith, husband and wife, as tenants by entireties; that subsequent thereto in the year November 22, 1930, �the s�aid Fannie E, Highsmith died leaving Harry J. Highsmith.as a surviving widower; and That subsequent thereto on April 21, 1934, this Affiant, Harry J. Highsmith, wedded one Gladys B. Su:nner, who became his wife and took the name of Gladys B. Highsmith and that they are now living together as husband and wife; that by reason of the Deed of Conveyance to Harry J. Highsmith and Fannie E. Iiighsmith, as aforesaid and upon the death of the said Fannie r.. Highsmith, the said Harry J. Highsr!ith, as the surviving tenant by entireties took the entire fee simple of the above entitled real estate and the same becamehis property . . :. � � � solely; that since the *.narriage of the said Harry J. Highsmith to the said Gladys B. Highsmith, it has become necessarg for the said Gladys B. Highsmith to join with him in the conveyance of said real estate to one Robert L. Roberts and Zelman J. Roberts, the Grantees in the attached Warranty Deed; ` That no other firms, cornorations, heirs-at-law or persons t-- - have any interest in the above said real estate as set forth and Affiant furt�er`sayeth not.
