AFFIDAVIT AS TO TENANCY BY ENTIRETY
Marie 4i. Hirsch, being first duly sworn upon her oath,
deposes and says: That she is more than forty (40) years of age,
a resident of Gibson County, Indiana, and her occupation is a
Housewife.
That she is familiar with the following described real
estate located in Gibson County, Indiana, towit:
The southwest quarter of the southwest quarter and the southeast
quarter of the southwest quarter all in Section 14, township 4
south, range 11 west, containing 80 acres, more or less. Being the
same real estate described in Deed Record 132 page 283, Office of
the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana;
Also, The northwest quarter of the southwest quarter of Section 14,
Township 4 south, range 11 west, containing 40 acres, more or less,
except the following described part thereof, towit: Beginning in the
northeast corner of the northwest quarter of the southwest quarter
of said section, township and range aforesaid and running thence
west along said quarter section line 20 feet; thence southeast to a
point 20 feet south of said northeast corner; thence north to the
place of beginning. -
ALSO, a part of the northeast guarter of the southwest quarter of
section 14, township 4 south, range 11 west, bounded as follows:
Beginning at a point in the southeast corner of said north half of said
southwest quarter, and running thence north 20 feet; thence west 12
rods; thence south 3.5 feet; thence west 68 rods; thence south 16.5
feet; thence east 80 rods to the place of beginning, containing one-
half acre, more or less;
Also, A part of the northwest quarter of the southeast quarter of
section 14, township 4 south, range 11 west, described as follows:
Beginning in the southwest corner of said northwest quarter of said
southeast quarter, and run thence north along said quarter section
line 20 feet; thence southeast to a point 20 feet east of said south-
west corner; thence west to the place of beginning. Said lands deeded
to be used for a roadway and for entry purposes. Being the same real
estate described in Deed Record No. 132 page 358, Office of the
Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana, and being the same real estate
described in Deed Record 158 Page 234, Office aforesaid.
And, that she knows of her own knowledge that said above described
real estate was formerly owned by Bernuce E. Hirsch and Marie M.
Hirsch, husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety.
Affiant further states that she knows of her own
knowledge that the said Bernuce E. Hirsch died testate, on or
about July 21, 1971, and that said Bernuce E. Hirsch and Marie M.
Hirsch, were husband and wife, at the time of the death of the
said Bernuce E. Hirsch.
Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge
that said estate will probably not be subject to a Federal Estate
Tax.
