AFFIDAVIT AS TO TENANCY BY ENTZRETY
Marie Hirsch, being first duly sworn upon her oath
deposes and says:
Ttiat she is more than fifty (50) years of age, a
resident of Gibson County, State of Indiana, and her occupation
is a Housewife.
That she is familiar with the following described real
property located in Gibson County, State of Indiana, towit:
Lots Numbered 438 and 439 in East Park Addition to the Town of
Haubstadt, Indiana.
Being the same real estate described in Deed Record No. 162
page 265, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana;
and that she knows of her own knowledge that said above described
real property was formerly owned by Frank A. Hirsch and Marie
Hirsch, husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety.
- Affiant further states that she knows of her own
knowleiige that said Frank A. Hirsch died testate, on or about
March 5, 1968, and that said Frank A. Hirsch and Marie Hirsch,
were husband and wife, at the time of the death of the said
Frank A. Hirsch.
Further this affiant sayeth not.
