Aix, being first duly sworn upon her oath, deposes and says: That she is more than fifty (50) years of age, a resident of Gibson County, Indiana, and her occupation is a Housewife. That she is familiar with the �llowing described real estate situate in Gibson County, Indiana, towit: A part of Lots numbered 3 and 4 in Clarksville, now incorporated in the City of Princeton, Indiana, and bounded as follows, towit: Beginning in the east line of said lot number 4 at a point fifty- one (S1) feet and six (6) inches north of the southeast corner of said lot number 4 and from thence running west on a line parallel with the south line of said lot number 4, one hundred and one (101) feet; thence north on a line parallel with the east line of said lots numbered 3 and 4, one hundred one (101) feet to the north line of said lot number 3; thence east along the north line of said lot number 3 to a point sixty feet west of the north east corner of said lot number 3; thence south parallel with the east line of said lof 3, seventy eight (78) feet and 3 inches to the south line of said lot number 3; thence east sixty (60) feet to the southeast corner of said lot number 3; thence south twenty two (22) feet and (9) inches to the place of beginning. Being the same real estate described in Deed Record No. 104 page 270. Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana; and that she knows of her own knowledge that said above described &ea2sEstate was formerly owned by James E. Hix and Lula E. Aix, husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety. Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge that the said James E. Hix, died intestate, on or about the��_ day of �L� ��� . 19 � y , and that said James E. Hix and Lula E. Hix, were husband and wife, at the time of the death of the said James E. Eiix. Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge that the value of the estate of said James E. Fiix, et the time of his death, within the meaning of the;Federal Estate Tax laws, was less than Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000,00), and that the estate of said decedent was not subject to any Federal Estate Tax.
