Valada Hoffman, being first duly sworn upon her oath, deposes and says: That she is fifty-four (54) years of age, a resident of Gibson County, State of Indiana, and her occuoation is that of a Housewife. That she is familiar with the following described real prooerty located in Gibson County, State of Indiana, towit: Part of the East half of the West,half of fractional Section 2, Township 4 South, Range 11 G?est, and described as follows: Begin L8 feet west of the northeast corner of said half, hatf Section and run thence South 43 degrees, 17 minutes West 645.2 feet to the center of a 24 inch Sycamore tree; thence north 24 degrees, 15 minutes West 515.7 feet to a point in the north line of said half, half section; thenceEast 653.7 feet to the pLace of beginning, and containing three and fifty-two hundredths (3.52) acres, more or Less. Being the same real estate described in Deed Record No. 132 page 393, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana; and that she knows of her own knowledge that said above described real property was formerly owned by Elmer Hoffman and Valada Hoffman, husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety. Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge that said ELmer J. Hoffman died testate, on or about August 19,1966, and that said E1mer J. Hoffman and Valada Hoffman, were hus6and and wife, at the time of the death of the said Eimer J. Hoffman. Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowled�e that the value of the estate of said E1mer J. Hoffman, at the time of his death, within the meaning of the Federal Estate Tax laws, was less than Sixty Thousand ($60,000.00) Dollars, and that the estate of said decedent was not subject to any Federal Estate Tax.
