TO: THE AUDITOR OF GIBSON COUNTY, INDIANA
CHARLOTTE M. HOLDER, being first duly sworn upon her
oath, deposes and says:
l. That she and her late husband, Paul R. Holder,
were the owners as tenants by the entirities of the following
described real estate situate in Gibson County, State of Indiana,
to-wit:
TRACT 1. A part of the Northeast Quarter of
Section 12, Town 3 South, Range 12, west, bounded
as follows, to-wit: Begin at an iron, 115 feet
west of the Intersection of the South Line of walnut
Street with the west line of Main, which said Iron
is 181 feet west of the Northwest corner of Lot
Numbered 43 in warrick's Enlargement to the Town
of Owensville, Gibson County,. Indiana, and also
990 feet North and 1249.38 feet west of'the South-
east Corner of said Quarter Section, and run thence
South, parallel to said west Line of said Main
Street, 110 feet, to an iron; thence West parallel
to said South Line of said walnut Street, 73 feet,
to an iron; thence North 110 feet, to said South
Line of said Walnut Street, to an Iron; thence
East, along said South Line, 73 feet to the place
of beginning, containing 18/100 of an acre, more
or less.
TRACT 2. Parts of lots forty-one (41) and forty-
two (42) in warrick's 3rd Addition to the town of
Owensville, Indiana, and bounded as follows, to-
wit: Commencing at a point one hundred seven (107)
feet and six (6) inches west of the southeast corner
of said lot forty one (41), thence north one hundred
forty eight (148) feet and six (6) inches, thence
west eighty nine (89) feet and six (6) inches,
thence south one hundred forty eight (14.8) feet
and six (6) inches to the south line of said lots,
thence east to the place of beginning.
TRACT 3.• A part of Lot number 42, in Warrick's
Enlargement to the Town of Owensville, Zndiana,
described as follows: Begin at the southwest
corner of said lot and run thence north 148.5
feet to the�northwest corner thereof; thence •
east 100 feet; thence south 148.5 feet to the
south line of said Lot; thence west 100 feet to
the place of beginning.

TRACT 4. A part of Lots numbered 13 and 20 in
the Original Plan of the Town of Owensville, described
as follows: Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot
number 20, and running thence south 51 feet; thence
west 74.25 feet; thence north 6.75 feet; thence west
74.25 feet; thence north 57.75 feet; thence East 88.5
feet; thence south 13.5 feet; thence east 60 feet
to the point of beginning.
TRACT 5. Lot No. 43 in warrick•Enlargement to
the Town of Owensville; and EXCEPTING therefrom 65
feet iri the form of a parallelogram off the south
side thereof.
TRACT 6: A part of the east half of Lot No. 20
in the Original Plan of the Town of Owensville,
Indiana, bounded as follows: Begin at a point 20
feet east of the southwest corner of said half lot
and run thence north, 52 feet; thence west 20 feet;
thence north 45 1/2 feet;, thence east 74 1/4 feet
to the east line of said Lot; thence south 97 1/2
feet to the southeast corner of said lot; thence
west 54 1/4 feet to the place of beginning.
TRACT 7. A part of Lot No. 13 in the Original
Plan of the Town of Owensville, described as follows:
Commencing at a point which is 32 feet north of the
southeast corner of said Lot�; thence west 60 feet;
thence north 22 feet; thence east 60 feet; thence
south 22 feet to the place of beginning;
Also, a part of Lot No. I3 in the Original Plan
of the Town of Owensville, Indiana, bounded as
follows, to-wit: Beginning at a point 13 1/2
feet north of the southeast corner of said lot,
and run thence north 17 1/2 feet; thence west
60 feet; thence south 17 1/2 feet; thence east
to the place of beqinning;
Also, a part of Lot No. 13 in the Original Plan
of the Town of Owensville,-Indiana, bounded as -
follows, to-wit: Beginning�at°a point which is'
54 feet north and 60 feet west of the southeast
corner of said lot; and run thence west 88 1/2
feet to the west:line of�said'LOt; thence south.' �
along said•west,line 23 feet-thence east 88 1/2 -
feet; thence north 23 feet to the place of
beginning;

Also, a part of Lot No. 13 in the Origirial Plan of
the Town of Owensville, described as--follows:
Commencing at the northwest corner of said lot,
thence west with the south line of said lot 60 �
feet; thence north 13 feet and 6 inches; thence
east 60 feet; thence south with the east line of
said lot 13 feet and 6 inches to the place of
beginning;
Also, a part of Lot No. 13 in the Original Plan of
the town of Owensville, bounded as follows, to-wit:
Begin 31 feet north of the southeast corner of said
Lot and run west 60 feet; thence north 1 foot; thence
east 60 feet; thence south.l foot to the place of
beginning.

2. That the said Paul R. Holder died on the 25th day
of April, 1974, leaving�your affiant herein as surviving joint
tenant.
3. That by reason of the death of the said Paul R.
Holder, the title to the hereinabove described real estate passed
to your affiant herein by operation of law.
4. That this affidavit is being made for the purpose of
correcting and changing the transfer records in the Office of the
Auditor of Gibson County, Indiana, to show that the affiant herein
is the owner of the hereinabove described real estate.
