That she is familiar with the following described real property located in Gibson County, State of Indiana, towit: � The West half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 'It�enty-four (24), Township Three (3) South, Range Ten C10) West, excepting the North Ha1f of the West Ha1f of said Half Quarter Section, containing sixty (60) acres, and l.ying in Gibson County, Indiana. ALSO, The West Half of the Northwest Quarter of the' Northwest Quarter of Section �enty-four (24); Township Three (3) South, Range Ten (10) west, containing Twenty (20) acres, more or less. Being the same real estate described in Deed Record No.121 page 1, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana, and that she knows of her own knowledge that said above described Cl real oroperty was formerly owned by John H. Holzmeyer and Carrie � Holzmeyer, husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety. Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge, that said John H. Holzmeyer died intestate, on or about the 2nd daq of November, 1964, and that said John H. Holzmeyer and Carrie Holzmeyer were husband and wife at the time of the death of the said John H. Holzmeyer. Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge that the value of the estate of said John H. HoLzmeyer at the time of his death, within the meaning of the Federal Estates Tax Laws was less than Sixty Thousand DolLars ($60,000.00) as a taxable estate and that as such was not subject to a Federal Estate Ta�c:- Affiant further sayeth not.
