widow oP Lonus Howe; that on December 11, 1961, the said Lonus
Howe died leaving this affiant as the sole owner of the following

but that a copy o£ the order settling the estate was not recorded
because Lonus Howe owned no real estate in his own name, and this
af£idavit is being made £or the purpose oi having the title to
the above mentioned real estate transferred to the name oP this
af£iant as the survivino tenant of said jointly owned property.
