Aff - Hubbard, Arthur_8/23/1972-,-- _ _ � � J� �` AFFIDAVIT STATE OF INDIANA ) ) ss: COUNTY OF GIBSOV ), The undersigned, Opha Colbert, a,-esident of Princeton, Gibson County, Indiana, being first duly sworn on oath deposies and says that she is one of the surviving sisters of Arthur Hubbard who died intestate a resident of Gibson County, Indiana on February 1, 1972 the owner of the following described real estate situate in Gibson County, Indiana, towit_ � Lots one (1) two (2), three (3) and four (4) Block ten (10) Baldwin Heights, according to plat recorded in the office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana on 20th day of April 1904 at page 1L�5 0£ the record of tocan olats, being an addition to the City of Princeton, Indiana, and being the same lands described in a certain deed recorded in Deed Record 110 at page 45 0£ the office of the Recorder of said County; and likewise recorded in Deed Record 115, page 563, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana, That the said Arthur Hubbard died intestate and a single man and left as his sole and only heirs-at-law his four (4) sisters, one (1) brother, one (1) niece and one (1) nephew, towit: Alda Morgan (sister), Pearl Crawford (sister), Opha Colbert (sister), Hazel Hubbard (sister), David Hubbard (brother), Dorothy Kays (niece) and Donald Edward Hubbard (nephew). That by a certain Warranty Deed dated May 8, 1972, each of the said heirs-at-law of the said Arthur Aubbard, deceased, joined in conveying all of their respective interests to Hazel Hubbard, one of the surviving sisters of said decedent. That the Estate of the said Arthur Hubbard is being administered under the jurisdiction of the Gibson Circuit Court, Princeton, Indiana, Estate Docket No. 72 - 26, Office of the Clerk of said court. That this affidavit is made for purposes of transferring title on the tax duplicate as to Lots one (1) two (2), three (3) _,__ _ � � �'�. and four (4) in Block ten (10) of Baldwin Heights from the individual name of Arthur Hubbard (now deceased) to Hazel Hubbard.
