Sanford Trippet being duly sworn upon oath says:
That Luella Hudson, late of Hazleton, Indiana, died testate
_ in this state on or about Sept. 25, 1958, the owner of certain

real estate in White River Township, and also in Brown's Second
�ddition to the town of Hazleton, in said County; that this
affidavit is being made for the purpose of transferring title
to said real estate to her former husband, Finus E. Hudson,
who has purchased the interest of the other heirs and devisees
in and to such real estate; that the foregoing facts are true
