AFFIDAVIT FOR TRANSFER OF REAL
ESTATE UPON THE TRANSFER RECORDS
THE AUDITOR OF GIBSOAT COUNTY. IIVDIANA
STATE OF IATDIANA, COUNTY OF GIBSON, SS:
JUANITA MC GARRAH, being first duly sworn upon oath, deposes
and says that she was the daughter of NORA BRUNER and the step-daughter of
ORVIL BRUNER; that the said ORVIL BRUNER and ATORA BRUNER were, on
October 1, 1951, the owners as tenants by the entirety of the following described
real estate, situate in Gibson County, State of Indiana, to-wit:
The north half of Lot No. 107, except a strip 27 feet in width
off of the north side thereof, all in the Original Plan of the Town, now
City, of Princeton;
that on October lst. , 1951, the said ORVIL BRUNER and NORA BRUNER, hus-
band and wife, ezecuted their warranty deed �vherein and whereby they conveyed
the above described reai estate to JAn4ES HUFFR4AN and BETTY HUFFMAI�T,
brother and sister of this affiant, "as tenants by the entireties, and not as tenants
in common, with full rights of survivorship, " see Deed Record 133, page 271, re-
cords in the office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana, and in said deed pro-
vided that the Grantors, ORVIL BRUATFR and IQORA BRUATER reserved unto them-
selves and to each of them a life estate in and to said real estate for and during the
lifetime of the said Grantors and each of them.
NORA BRUNER departed this life n4arch 29,1965, leaving her sur-
viving her husband, ORVIL BRUNER.
JAMES HUFFMAN, Grantee as aforesaid, departed this life June
29th. , 1972, and left surviving him as surviving joint tenant his sister, BETTY
HUFFR4AN, now BETTY HUFFMAN GRUBB.
ORVIL BRUNER departed this life March 21st. , 1973, and BETTY
Hi.TFFMAN GRUBB, formerly BETTY HLTFFMAIV, is now the sole owner of the
above described real estate.
This affidavit is made to induce the Auditor of Gibson County,
Indiana, totransfer said real estate to BETTY HUFFMAN GRUBB upon the tax
duplicates of the City of Princeton.
