William J. Marshall, being first duly sworn, says that on or
about April 10. 1953 Russel Hyneman died leaving Marie
Hyneman as the sole owner of the following described rml estate in
Gibson County, Indiana, to-wit:
Nine acres, more or less, lying east of a line drawn parallel
to and 700 feeY west of the east line and projection thereof
of the £ollowing described tract of land, to-wit: A part of the
fractional northeast quarter of section 31, township 1 south,
range 10 west, bounded as follows, to-wit: Beginning at the
point in the Princeton and Petersburg road, (as now located),
at which said road is intersected by the south line of said
quarter of said section, and running thence north, 30 degrees �
west, 6 chains; thence north, 43 degrees west, 3 chains and 29
links; thence north 71� dearees east, 3 chains and 78 links;
thence north, 82 degrees east, 1 chain and 60 links; thence
north, 794 degrees east, 3 chains and 80 links; thence north,
624 degrees east, 1 chain; tYience north 74 3/4 degrees east,
2 chains and 65 links; thence north, 73 1/4 degrees east, 1
chain and 60 links; thence north, 83 1/4 degrees east, 2 chains
and 20 links; thence south 894 degrees east, 2 chains and 57
links; thence south, 84 3/4 degrees east, 3 chaas and 86 links;
thence south, 584 degrees east, 2 chains and 15 links; thence
south, 81� degrees east, 2 chains; thence south, 86'� degrees •-
east, 1 chain and 39 links to F. Sweppy's line; thence south,
7 degrees east, to the south line of said quarter of said
section; thence west to the beginning; containing 26 acres,
more or less,
and this affidavit is being made for the purpose of having the title
to the-above described real estate transferred.
