and the saici Randy L. Smith, in addition to his interesc in the above
mentioned Lease, also sells and conveys all buildings and improvements

HOLZMEYER,, husband and wife.
IT IS FURTHER AGREED that Randy L. Smith will pay a certain
'', mortgage, in favor of the Haubstadt State Bank, presently incumbering

IT IS FURTHER AGREED that the $ 27,715.00 , consicleration
mentioned above shall be payable in check to both Randy L. Smith and to
