AFFIDAVIT AS TO TENANCY ��yq'FIRETY

`Alva Hargrove, being first duly sworn upon his oath,
deposes and says:
That he is more than seventy (70) years of age, .a resident
of Gibson'County, Indiana, and his occupation is that of a retired
farmer.
That he is familiar with the following described real
estate located in Gibson County, Indiana, towit:
The north half of Lot 5 in Fisher's Enlargement to the town of
Patoka, Indiana.
Being the same real estate described in Deed Record No. 162, Page
184, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana; Also,
Part of the north half of Lot fifteen (15) in Fisher's Second
Enlargement to the Town of Patoka, Gibson County, Indiana, described
as follows: Beginning at the northwest corner of said Lot and run
thence east sixty (60) feet; thence south to the south line of the
north half of said.Lot fifteen (15); thence west sixty (60) feet to
the southwest corner of the north half of said Lot; thence north to
the place of beginning.
Being the same real estate described in Deed Record No. 172, Page
468, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, indiana; Also,
A part of Survey number 2 and 3, Town 1 south, Range 10 West,
described as follows: Begin at a.point in the east line of
Survey No. 3, 4 chains and 61.5 links south, 6 degrees west,
from the northeast.corner thereof, and run thence north, 84
degrees west, 1881 feet; thence north, 31 degrees 38 minutes
west, 356.4.feet; thence north 32 deqrees 38 minutes west 286.6
feet; thence north, 26 degrees 48 minutes west, 91.6 feet; thence
north, 16 degrees 48 minutes west, 78.2 feet; thence south 84
degrees east, 2333.3 feet;.thence south, 6 degrees west, 656 feet
to the place of beginning, containing 31.97 acres.
Being a part of the real estate described in Deed Record No. 155,
Page 327, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana;
and that he knows of•his own knowledge,ethat said above described
real property was formerly owned by Alva Hargrove and Irene Hargrove,
husband and wife as tenants by the entirety.
Affiant further states that he knows of his own knowledge
that the said Irene Hargrove died intestate, on or about June 20,
1976, arid that.the said Alva Hargrove and-Irene Hargrove were husband
and wife, at the time of the death of the said Irene Aargrove.
Decedent's estate is probably not liable for a Federal Estates Ta�c; but
for the determination of the Indiana Inheritance Tax see Probate Dkt.
