S'T'�'TENANCY BY ENTIRETY
Norma Doerner being first duly sworn upon her oath,
deposes and says:
That she is more than forty-two (42) years of age, a
resident of Gibson County, Indiana, and her occupation is that of
a Nurses' Aide.
That she is familiar with the following described real
estate located in Gibson County, Indiana, towit:
Lots number four hundred twenty eight and four
hundred twenty nine (428 & 429) in East Park
Addition to the town of Haubstadt, Gibson County,
Indiana, together with all the privileges thereto
belonging.�
Being the same real estate described in Deed Record
No. 111, Page 223, Office of the Recorder of Gibson
County, Indiana;
and that she knows of her own knowledge that said above described
real property was formerly owned by John L. Hickrod and Tillie M.
Hickrod, husband and wife as tenants by the entirety.
Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge
that the said John L. Hickrod died intestate, on or about April 19,
1942, and that said John L. Hickrod and Tillie M, Hickrod were
husband and wife, at the time of the death of the said John L. Hickrod.
Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge
that the value of the estate of said John L. Hickrod at the ti'me of
his death, within the meaning of the Federal Estate Tax laws, was
less than Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00), and that the estate
of said decedent was not subject to any Federal Estate Tax.
Further this affiant sayeth not.
