AFFIDAVIT AS TO TENANCY BY ENTIRETY
Helen Catherine Hoefling being first duly sworn upon her
oath, deposes and says:
That she is more than fi£ty-three (53) years of age, a
resident of Gibson County, Indiana and her occupation is that of
a housewife.
That_she is familiar with the following described real
estate located in Gibson County, Indiana, towit:
Lot No. 3 and the south one-half of Lot i1o, 2 in Holcomb Addition
to the Town of Ft. Branch.
Being the same real estate described in Deed Drawer #2, Card n7824,
Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana. Also,
Lot number (four (4) Holcomb Addition, to the town of Fort Branch,
Gibson County, State of Indiana.
Being the same real estate described in Deed Drawer ,u,2, Card #8831,
Office of the Recorder o£ Gibson County, Indiana. Also,
Part of the northwest quarter of the southeast quarter of section
seventeen (17), township three (3) south, range ten (10) west,
Union Township, Gibson County, Indiana and more particularly des-
cribed as follows: The pTace of'beginning may be found at the
northwest corner of said quarter, quarter; thence east and along
the north line thereof, three hundred and no hundredths (300.00)
feet; thence south and parallel to the west line thereof, fifty.
(50) feet, more or'less, to the south line of the 50-foot right
of way of State Highway n168; thence continuing south on the same
bearing three hundred and no hundredths,(300.00) feet; thence west
and parallel to the south right of way line of said highway tnree
hundred and no hundredths (300.00) feet to the west line of said
quarter, quarter; thence north and along the west line thereof,
three hundred and no hundredths (300.00) feet to the south 50-foot
right of way line of said highway; thence continuing north on the
same bearing fifty (50) feet, more or less, to the place of begin-
ning and containing 2.41 acres. Subject to the right of way of
State Hignway ##168 along the north side of the above described
tract._ Said righty of way containiag 0.34 acres.
Being the same real estate described in Deed Record No. 166, Page 194,
OPfice of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana;
and that she knows of her own knowledge that said above described
real property was £ormerly owned by Norman F. Hoefling and Helen
Catherine Hoefling, husband and wife as tenants by the entirety.
Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge
that the said Norman F. Hoefling died intestate, on or about February 5,
1976, and that said Norman F. Hoefling and Helen Catherine Hoefling
were husband and wife, at the time of the death of the said Norman F.
Hoeflizg.

Affiar.t further states that decedent's estate is probably
not liable for a Federal Estate Tax; but for the determination of
the Indiana Inheritance Tax see Probate Dkt. No. PR 76- �9 , Office
of the Clerk of the Gibson Ci.rcuit Court.
Further this affiant sayeth not.
