D. 1981, came on to be heard the r � Application of ANNIE C. HOPKINS, ior the probate of the Last Will and Testament of.IVAN DARU HOPKINS, (Herein sometimes called "Decedeni"), said'Application and Will having been filed with this Court on the 20th day of August, A. D. 1981, and it appearing to the Court that the said Will has been self-proved by the acknovledgments thereof by the Testator and the affidavi[s of the attesting witnesses, each made before an officer, authorized to take acknow- ledgments to deeds of conveyance, and to administer oaths under the laws of this State, such acknowledgments and affidavits being evidenced by Ehe certifi- cate with the official seal affixed of such officer attached or annexed to said Will all�in compliance with Section 59, of the Texas Probate Code; that the Decedent died on the 4th day of August, A. D. 1981, and that four years have not elapsed since the date of death of the Decedent, and the filing of said Application; [hat this Court has jurisdiction and venue of the said estate of Decedent; [hat citation has been served and returned in the manner and for the length of time required by the Texas Probate Code; that the person for whom letters testamentary are sought is entitled thereof by law,and is no[ dis- qualified; that the Decedent at the [ime of executing said [dill, was then at least eighteen (18) years of age, and was perfectly rational, and entirely sane and of sound r�ind; that Der_edent executed said Last Will and Testament with the formalities and solemnities and under the circumstances required by law to make it a valid Will and that said IJill was not revoked by the,said Decedent; that the said IVAN DARU HOPKINS never adopted any children, and no children were born to him after the d'ate of the making of said Will, that all necessary proof required for the probate of said Will has been made, and that the person for whom letters are to be granted is named in t}:e said lJill as s � � Independeni Executrlx without bond; it is accordingly, ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED by the Court that the Last Will and Testament of IVAN DARU HOPKINS, Deceased, is hereby admitted to probate; and said Will, together with the application for probate is ordered to be recorded by the Clerk in the minu[es of this Court; it is further ORDERED [hat Letters � Testamentary as Independent Executrix thereof, without bond', be granted to � ANNIE C.
