Enclosed is a completed declassification form on a tract of land owned
by Paul Heidenreich
This land is being declassified by the Division of Forestry under the
provisions outlined in Section 18 of the Classification Act of 1921.
Please make the withdrawal of this land from classification a matter
of record in your office and place the above described land back on
ehe tax duplicate at its normal assessed valuation and notify me of
your receip[ of this letter in order that the records of the Division
of Forestry be completed.
Please consult Section 17 of the enclosed copy of the Classification
Act in regard to taxes. There is a tax of 24,21 per acre to be
collected on this withdrawal. �_
