said half quarter section, and run thence south along the east line thereof,
2272 feet to the center of a public highway; thence northwestwardly along th=
center line of said highway 17.5 feet; thence north parallel to and 16.5 feet west
of the east line thereof, 1755 feet; thence west parallel to the north line
thereof, to the west line thereof; thence north along the west line thereof
