AFFIDAVIT OF IDEi�TITY
Jerry D. Stilwell, being first duly sworn, upon oath deposes
and says:
1. That he was personally familiar with Hallie A. Harper
who died on February 22, 1972.
2. That he knows of his own kno4rledge that said Ha11=e
Harper was survived by his Wife Anna Belle Harper and two
children, namely Hal D. Harper and Gary L. Harper.
3. That said Anna Be11e Harper did die on April 27, 1990
and was survived by her sons Hal D. Harper and Gary L. Harper.
4. That neither Hallie Harper nor Anna Belle Harper were
the parents of any children other than Gary L. Harper and Hal D.
Harper.
