AFFIDAVIT OF SURVIVORSHIP
Comes now Lillian M. Hasselbrinck, being duly sworn unon
her oath and states as follows:
That Lillian M. Hasselbrinck is the owner in fee simple of
the following described real estate located in Gibson County,
Indiana,, more particularly described as follows:
Thirty feet off of the south side of Lot 80 in Columbia
Division of the Town of Patoka. Also a oart of Lot 79
in said Columbia Division of said town of Patoka bounded
as Pollows:. Begin at a point 95 feet north of the
southwest corner of said Lot 79 in the west line thereoP
and run east to the east line thereof; thence north
along said east line to the northeast corner thereof;
thence west along the north line thereof to the northwest
corner thereof; and thence south alon,a, the west line
thereof to the place of beginning.
and that Lillian M. Hasselbrinck and Edward P. Hasselbrinck, now
deceased, were husband and wiPe at the time they acquired title,
as tenants by the entireties, to said real estate, by deed of
conveyance dated the Sth day of December, 1944, and recorded in
the Office of the Gibson County Recorder.
That the marital relationship which existed between this
affiant and Edward P. Hasselbrinck, her husband, continued
unbroken from the time they so acquired title to said real

estate until the death of Edward P. Hasselbrinck, her husband, on
the 25th day of January, 1960, at which time this affiant acquired
title to the real estate as surviving tenant by the entireties.
Tnat the gross value of the estate of ihe decede�t, F:dward P.
Hasselbrinck, as determined for the nuroose of Federal Estate
Taxes, was less than the value required for the filin� 1nd decedent's
estate was not subject to Federal Estate Tax.
