Energy Rura1 ELectric Cooperative, Inc.

{2) That the said Hoosier Energy Rura1 Electric Cooperative,
Inc., is the same corporation formerly known as Indiana
Statewide Rura1 Electric Cooperative, Inc., which corporation
was also sometimes known as Hoosier Energy Division of Indiana
S[atewide Rura1 Electric Cooperative, Inc.
(3) That the change of name referred to in paragraph (2)
above was effected by an amendment of the Articles of
Incorporation of said corooration filed with the Secretary
of State of Indiana on the 16th day of December, 1980.
