AFFIDAVIT FOR TRANSFER OF
REAL ESTATE HELD BY ENTIRETIES
TO SURVIVOR
The undersigned,.being first duly sworn on oath says:
1. That she is the widow and surviving tenant by the entirety
of John E. Houston, who died inte"state on the 30th day of July 1981.
2. That on the date of death of John E. Houston, he and this
affiant were the owners of the follocaing described real estate as
listed below on the real estate taxation records of the Auditor of
Gibson County, Indiana, to-wit:
A part of Lot Number 91 of the Original Plan of the
town of Princeton, described as follows: Beginning at
a point in the west line of said lot, 49 1/2 feet north of
the southwest corner thereof and run thence north 49 1/2
feet; thence east parallel with the north line of said lot
140 feet; thence south 49 1/2 feet; thence west 140 feet
to the beginning.
3. That this affidavit is made for the purpose of inducing the
Auditor of Gibson County, Indiana, to transfer said real estate to
this affiant's name alone, on the real estate taxation records
maintained in his office.
