Aff - Harris, Mary E_9/9/1996� � � � ,-- AFFIDAVIT FOR TRANSFER OF REAL ESTATE ON AUDITOR�S RECORDS John W. Mundy, being first duly sworn upon his oath, deposes and says: 1 2. herein. That he is a competent adult. That he has personal knowledge of the matters stated 3. That he and his brother, Vincent A. Mundy, are the sole and only children of Mary Elizabeth Harris, also known as Mary E. Harris, who died testate on July 27, 1988, while residing in Warrick County, Indiana. 4. At the time of her death, Mary Elizabeth Harris was the owner of the following described real estate in Gibson County, Indiana, to wit: See Exhibit A Attached Hereto and made a Part Hereof by Reference hereafter ("Real Estate"). 5. That at the time of her death, Mary Elizabeth Harris was survived by her spouse, Elmond Laverne Harris, and by this affiant and by Vincent A. Mundy, and that such three persons were collectively the heirs at law of Mary Elizabeth Harris at the time of her death. 6. That Mary Elizabeth Harris died testate, and her Last Will and Testament was admitted to probate in the Warrick Circuit Court on July 19, 1996. 7. That pursuant to the terms of the Last Will and Testament of Mary Elizabeth Harris, the title to the Real Estate was devised to her spouse, Elmond Laverne Harris, who was surviving at the ti�ne cf the death of Mary Elizabeth Harris and became the owner of the Real Estate at such time pursuant to the terms of the Last Will and Testament of Mary Elizabeth Harris. 8. That this Affidavit is made for the purpose of causing the Auditor of Gibson County, Indiana, to show transfer of title to the Real Estate to the name of "Elmond Laverne Harris" on the records of the Auditor's Office in Gibson County, Indiana, pursuant to this Affidavit. �_I � ohn W.
