AFFIDAVIT FOR TRANSFER OF REAL ESTATE'
Hui Sun Helsley, Robert Allen Helsley, and Jeffery L.
Helsley, being first duly sworn, upon oath depose and say:
1. That Robert L. Helsley died intestate a resident of
Gibson County, Indiana on November 30, 1993.
2. That said decedent did die as the owner of the followinq
described real estate situate in Gibson County, Indiana to-wit:
Lot Number Four (4) in Block No. Nine (9) in Trusler�s
Addition to the Southern Enlargement to the town (now city)
of Oakland City, Zndiana
3. That the decedent's gross probate estate less liens
encumbrances, costs and expenses of administration and r2asonable
funeral expenses, does not exceed the sum of $8,500.00.
4. The heirship of said decedent and the persons entitled
to ownership of the real estate described herein as a result of
the death of the decedent is as follows:
A. Hui Sun Helsl2y (Wife)
B. Robert Allen Helsley
C. Jeffery L. Helsley

5. Robert Allen Helsley and Jeffer� L. Helsley are the only
children of the said decedent Robert L. Helsley. Hui Sun Helsley
is a second, childless spouse.

Indiana Code 29-1-2-1, and this Affidavit is made pursuant to
indiana Code 29-1-8-3.
