The undersigned, EMILY L. HOLI,AND, who being first duly
sworn and upon her oath alleges and says:

She and Willie Homer Holland were married on November 5,

1955 and continued in that marital relationship until the
death of Willie Homer Holland on February 6, 1994.
During their marriage, they became the owners, as husband
and wife, of several parcels of real estate in Gibson
County, Indiana, as follows:
A.� The North Half of Lot 4 in Warnock's Addition
to the Town (now City) of Princeton which
they obtained pursuant to Warranty Deed dated
July 2, 1968 and recorded July 5, 1968 in
Deed Record 175, Page 149 in the Office of
the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana.
B.J A part of Lot 213 in the South Side Addition
to the City of Princeton bounded as follows:
Begin at the northwest corner of said Lot and
run thence North to the north line of said
Lot; thence East 60 feet; thence South to the
scuth line of said Lot; thence West to the
place of beginning, pursuant to Warranty Deed
dated August 29, 1984 and recorded August 29,
1984 in Deed Drawer 5, Card 2364 in the
Office of the Recorder of Gibson County,
Indiana.
C.� The South Half of Lot Number 6 in Warnock's
Addition to the Town (now City) of Princeton
and the South Half of a strip 10 feet wide
off of the West Half of Lot Number 7 in
Warnock's Addition pursuant to a Deed dated
April 19, 1989 and recorded April 20, 1989 in
Deed Drawer 6, Card 3678 in the Office of the
Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana.

D.� The South Half of the West Half of Lot Number
32 in Warnock's Addition to the Town (now
City) of Princeton, Indiana, pursuant to Deed
dated June 2, 1989 and recorded June 6, 1989
in Deed Drawer 6, Card 3952 in the Office of
the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana.
E.� The North Half of Lot Number 6 in Warnock's
Addition to the Town (now City) of Princeton .
also the North Half of a strip of ground 10
feet in width off of the West Side of Lot
Number 7 in said addition pursuant to
Warranty Deed dated August 19, 1993 and
recorded August 23, 1993 as Instrument Number
93-05022 in the records of the Office of the
Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana.
3. As a result of the death of Willie Homer Holland also known
as W. H. Holland, title to the above described real estate
is now vested in the name of this Affiant, Emily L. Holland,
and should be so transferred in the records of the Auditor
of Gibson County, Indiana.
4. The Estate of Willie Homer Holland was not sufficient to
require the filing of.a Federal Estate Tax Return or an
Indiana Inheritance Tax Return.
