fifty-four and fifty hundredths (54.50) feet to an iron; thence west and pazallel to the
north line of said lot eleven and no hundredths (11.00) feet to a pump rod joint;
thence south and parallel to the east line thereof fifiy-four and fifty hundredths (54.50)
feet to a five-eighths (5/8) inch iron on the south line of said lot; thence east along
